1. What TestMyPsyche is (and isn't)

TestMyPsyche offers free personality, relationship, career, wellbeing and trivia tests for self-reflection and entertainment.

Our tests are not medical, psychological, career or other professional advice, and they are not a diagnosis. Don't make important decisions based only on a test result. If you're worried about your health or wellbeing, please talk to a qualified professional.

2. Using the site

• The site is free to use. You don't need an account to take tests.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Please don't misuse the site: no hacking, overloading, scraping large amounts of content, or using bots.
• Don't cheat on leaderboards (for example, by automating answers). We may remove scores or accounts that break this rule.
• Choose a respectful nickname. We may change or remove nicknames that are offensive, misleading or impersonate someone.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, as we use it to log you in. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Our content

The tests, questions, result texts, designs and code on TestMyPsyche belong to us (or our licensors) and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to share links to tests and your results. Please don't copy our tests or texts to other websites without permission — use our free embed widget instead.

5. Embed widget

You may embed our tests on your website for free using the code from our widget page, as long as you keep the "Powered by TestMyPsyche" credit and link, don't change the test, and don't place it on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content. We may change or stop the widget at any time.

6. Ads and other websites

The site shows ads to stay free. We're not responsible for the content of ads or of other websites we link to.

7. No guarantees

We work hard to keep TestMyPsyche accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". We can't guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free, or that results will be accurate for every person.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on test results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. If you're a consumer living in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and may bring claims in your local courts.
